(Alternative title: Polaroid, but make it unnecessarily expensive)
I was watching the above video, and had the idea of making the e-ink screen external so that people could keep the pictures like an actual Polaroid. Off the top of my head, I'm picturing something like the same build as the video, but with some external connector (using pogo pins? RFID?) to copy the image to an external e-ink display. You take a picture with the PolaroidPi, and if you like the picture then you push your screen against the camera and it copies the image to your display. You can then hang the display on your wall or whatever, or add a new picture to it by pushing it against the PolaroidPi a second (third/hundredth) time.
